I love food (who doesn’t) and am up for a good cooking/baking challenge. I’ve always wanted to make macarons, since it’s a good test for an amateur baker. I’ve only attempted it once and failed miserably. However, I am DETERMINED to try again. Next time, I’m coming in with a flour sifter and an awareness of how humidity affects these little french suckers.
